This experience uses artificial intelligence to create your personalized trading card. By participating, you understand and agree that:
- Your uploaded photo will be processed by AI services (Google Gemini) to generate a stylized trading card image.
- AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to produce any specific outcome.
- The AI may interpret your image in unexpected ways, and results are provided "as-is."
Data Collection & Use
We collect the following information:
- Phone Number: Used solely to send your verification code and notify you when your card is ready. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Photo: Your uploaded photo is transmitted to AI processing services and stored temporarily to generate your card.
- Name & Details: The name and position you provide are displayed on your trading card.
Your Trading Card
- Your generated trading card may be used by Texas Stars for promotional purposes, including social media, event displays, and marketing materials.
- You grant Texas Stars a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your trading card image.
- Card download links expire after 72 hours.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to participate. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.
